History of MGDLT
The International Conference of Modern Greek Dialects and Linguistic Theory (MGDLT4) was firstly organized) in Patras in 2000, by Prof. Angela Ralli (University of Patras), in cooperation with Prof. Brian D. Joseph (The Ohio State University) and Prof. Mark Janse (Ghent University. The conference has been held eight times (Patras 2000, Mytilene 2004, Nicosia 2007, Chios 2009, Ghent 2012, Patras 2014, Rethimno 2016, Gjirokaster 2018).
MGDLT is a scientific meeting which combines Greek Dialectology with Modern Linguistic Theories. MGDLT welcomes all theoretical and applied approaches related to the issue.
Cooperation with Local Organisers
MGDLT is held in collaboration with a local committee, which is given the possibility to organize talks or workshops related to the conference theme, or to the local dialect.
11th Mediterranean Morphology Meeting (MMM11) of the European Network of Linguistic Morphology (ENLM) (Nicosia 2017).
History of ΜΜΜ
MMM is organized biennially by a permanent scientific board including Prof. Geert Booij (Leiden University), Prof. Angela Ralli (University of Patras) and Prof. Sergio Scalise (University of Bologna). Since the first meeting in Mytilene in 1997, it has been organized eleven times (Mytilene 1997, Lija 1999, Barcelona 2001, Catania 2003, Fréjus 2005, Ithaca 2007, Nicosia 2009, Cagliari 2011, Dubrovnik 2013, Tel Aviv 2015, Nicosia 2017).
MMM aims at bringing together the linguists who are interested in morphology, and its interfaces with other linguistic fields.
Proceedings of the MMM
Papers presented at MMM have been published in the Proceedings of the conference and in international journals such as the Yearbook of Morphology, Lingue e Linguaggio, and Morphology.

5th Patras International Conference of Graduate Students in Linguistics (PICGL5) (Patras 2018).
History of PICGL
PICGL is a biennial conference organized by the graduate students of the Linguistics Division of the University of Patras with the supervision of Prof. Angela Ralli. It was firstly organized in June 2008, within the framework of the graduate program Comparative Linguistics and Linguistic Variation, funded by EPEAEK II. The second conference (March 2010) as well as the third, fourth and fifth conference (May 2014, 2016, 2018) were part of the graduate program Modern Approaches to Language and Text. The meetings were honored by the following invited speakers.
